Manmohan is a Lawyer by profession but he never practised law. Before appearing on Rakhi ka Awayamvar he acted in theater in Delhi. It is his passion for acting which has made him a successful artist. In this serial he is playing the character of pappu, an impatient young man who is dying to get married. He would do anything to protect his wife and give her his full support. He doesn't care what Babbu ji and other people think of him, lol. He just want to protect his lovely wife. Even though he won the Ring finding contest but still lose it by handing over the ring to his wife under water saying, " Jeetkar harnee wale ko hi Bazigar kehtee hai."
