Have you ever thought about others feelings before commenting .?How will you feel if someone will write that about your banner...first sano di...now me...bas ho gaya...yup 19 is mine...and if it was selected...its not my mistake...or my work mistake...yes it wasn't selected in forum...you know why because this forum is biased . Have always been . Still ...i request my mods to remove banner no 19...i don't care...this small banner contests doesn't hold that importance for me that i stop caring for everyone's emotions . For me others emotions is much more important than this small contest . These contests are very small as compared to the feelings hurt . I request mods to ask the particular set of fans that which banner they want to put up ...and please put it up . Because this has no solution . The particular people are not gonna satisfied till the time the banner they actually want is put up . They will not care for anyone...and its much understood now ...soon...nancy and ssba banner will be questioned . Bas . Put a end to it . Just ask the banner number and put it up . No voting rounds needed .

I don't know why but I think moderators should not participate in competition. In every forum, we consider moderators as judge ,right . Moderators as judge supposed to count all the votes and declare the winner. If moderators participate in competition then who is going judge ? And normally, if moderators decide the winner ( without considering all the votes ), then there is possibility that they will pick the winner of their favorite one i.e banner created by another moderator.

So I feel participating moderators in competition actually spoils the whole meaning of competition for lack of neutrality.

But this doesn't apply to any moderator from not participating in contests. It's not a rule which can be applied. I think only some of you have a problem wth moderator taking part in the contest but over all if you see, nobody have this problem. Also, if my banner was not there then as well people would have called it unfair. 😊
