@bold: I had a problem with this too. The way it was phrased. I got their intent and their desire to do their bit about the Delhi rape case, but this brought me to the question "Are they trying to say that all men are rapists?" But I didn't want to get too serious because this was their way of showing support. So be it. Did not want to get started on something that I perceived as my personal issue.

I am seriously annoyed with this track now.

The Wimp has become integral to many shows now. HDs exclusive problem is that they had no solid character sketch to start with. And they had a threadbare story: struggles of Indira Sharma. During the initial episodes, they did manage to create some sort of aura around Rishi. But their need to explicitly show stark contrasts--this is good and this is bad; this is strong and this is weak--limits them severely.

And its not just men who have been stereotyped. Women, too, are either like Kutumb (nagging and peabrained - the type who is bound to lose her husband to another woman) or like Sunaina (housewife-in the sense of a liability), or Savita/Shweta/Simi Diwan (conniving, cunning).

So therefore, feminism takes on a whole new meaning in HD 😊 It gains its identity by losing perspective.

Walden and Kanan now we have all the components in 80s movies . Rape scene was missing ,we got zalak of it. I knew there must be reason why Inder was in that van !! To save his Babali and give us Durga Ma lecture !!

Hema if still on line .I remember our conversation one morning about" Renting expensive set for Mental hospital scene" Now." Paise vasul" and we will not see it again . I think those rented worker and the set was history today since Zara moved in to jungle .

I still do not get it about writers mentality . Medical profession is degraded and no attempt to redeem it . Now they are after ,the "Law and order"profession! every time Zara is threatens some one with "Encounter" I am shocked . Writer must have old grudges against these two profession !!

I hope the worst is over because we saw every thing. and next week every one will come back from vacation and we get to see real HD!!
