I think she can stand on her ground and had sorted out in more Zara way. Lets see what she does in todays episode. I will give benefit of the doubt that this was unexpected and was in shock.

how can she sort it out what will she say to malik if she was not hidding anything from him then she would surely confidently have spoken in defense

Because a part from being a police officer ...she is a wife too ... She did lied on which malik beat her ...he wants to hear the truth...and her guilt of hiding things from him is the reason she took it . Moreover she wasn't expecting a belt , so she literally shocked for the time being . Malik is unaware that zara was just trying to save rishi life . What he saw and what he interpret can be easily guessed .

Malik khan lost his mind after seeing his wife so intimate with Rishi.He dnt knw the reason for Zara behaviour and any person seeing his wife in a situation like that would obviously behave weird and annoying.

He could have just slapped Zara.But he went little far.And i think zara also feel guilty for wht she did bcoz such things will nt be accepted.U can't go and hug another man.So she could not protest.

Zara was planning to proceed with MK .So i doubt now where their relationship will go.After all she is married and rishi too married.No matter wht relationship thy have with their respective patners.

Its nt decency to cheat ur patners.Now if Zashi want to strt a new life together first thing is thy must with draw frm their marriage commitments and then proceed.With tht if thr r dng such things,tomm sweta and indu also will kick them both with belts along with MK

being a strong lady police she should come out the shock fast and grab the belt at time of second or third blow. she should not feel guilt if she is firm on her decision and should not accept bitting

well only thing that was stopping her was the terrorist plot. In her mind she didn't do anything wrong. It was only way she could have saved rishi.

may be cvs giving hint tat it is indira not zara. outside she behaves strong policeofficer. may be indira also not take it. but when mallik is around zara feels nervous,afraid like may be mallik brainwashed n kept under his control.
