Why is MR Khan acting as a psycho from a stable person so suddenly??

i dont think its suddenly. he seemed suspicious since day one to me. he always made sneaky/suspicious looking faces and expressions since his entry and earlier to he didn't seem that stable to me.

Anju from the day1 he was little odd.. bec when rishi was giving him medicne he saw zara in TV but didnt react.. and now slowly they r showing his nature...

From the first episode the Khan entered , he is portrayed as this behavior only. Now his psycho behavior intensity increased.

but the way he was reacted he's a very dangerous person that is clear why to beat Zara with the belt in the hall.

He seems suspicious but now he's seems to be very dangerous he can easily hurt someone this kind of person while hurting has no judgement I mean he does not have the capacity to judge his acts mentally.
