Hey guyz I don't know what u might think but this is what i predict.

I guess that Zaara herself is Indira and the body which they burned might be Zaraa's. U knw just like how in Don SRK changes the body in this show Malik might have changed the bodies in some hospital cause he didn't want to lose Zaraa ( she's a police officer she can get hurt anytime ).

What Do You Guyz Think ???

Sounds far fetched but possible. That Khan is a weirdo and sinister looking, he's a doctor so he could have access to do something like that. even when Rishi was looking for Indu you could tell he was hiding something. His face is the essence of evil some times.
