When You are working for your Nation, You must value your Duties first, Emotions must be kept aside so i agree to your POV ramya, Just by seeing the pics in his mobile she must not have used the third degree.

@nancy and others,I knw everyone here are so crazy for Indira and zara.If u guys want to support the act of Zara its ok.I really dnt have issue in it.Becoz nobody wish to see the actual problem of 3rd degree used by police department.Ppl are thinking I am anti to Zara.Fans don't want to think beyond their favourtism unfortunately.

These days in films and shows some real life situations, incidents are being shown and viewers should focus on that concepts. We should fight against those things.Bcoz we love Rati,we love Zara and we keep on thinking Zara is correct then such issues will never be solved in the country.
We dnt see third degree torture in real. But we are seeing it in shows and movies. So as citizens of a country we should fight against the issue. Its against the human rights and democracy of India.
I dnt say that a criminal should be left like that. But the Police force should use the technology instead of such barbaric acts. That is the main concept of my post.
If fans can't understand wht i meant u say then i request fans plz ignore my post.

im trying to understand but third degree treatment is legal thing right ? so i guess this matter should be opposed in front of the government i guess

Brain finger printing is the latest technology used to identify the crimes .Similar there are some kind of drugs can be given to a criminal in the form of a injection and their unconscious mind will tell everything.
these methods are far better than torture treatements.

sure i agree this could have been used instead , but then Zara wouldn't have been fired , i guess thats needed for the story to move on. So my POV dont take it so seriously
this type of interrogation is shown in almost every movie now adays , so we cant go objecting against all of it right ?

A police officer should not get trapped into emotions but try to focus on thinking what could be done to get the information, save the victims.

For that part , if i remember correctly then Zara was beating the guy upside down before she found out about the picture and continued doing the same after she found out her anger had just increased . So i dont really think Zaras emotions impacted her actions that much

@TM:i have already justified Zara's action in my earlier post...its your choice if you want to agree or disagree!
i think i have understood what you are actually trying to say, you are saying that police should not use 3rd degree interrogation when the latest technology enables them to get the required information without inflicting any pain on the accused.
here i partially agree with you, as mentioned earlier neither i have any connection with police/terrorism nor i have much awareness about the latest technologies which can be used during interrogation...their working mechanism, effectiveness etc.
but yes i want a slight change in the law, 3rd degree interrogation is legal but it shouldn't be used as freely as it it usually used!
as we all know that all the police officers are not fair so they sometimes in order to settle some personal scores, monetary benefits and sometimes just out of frustration beat the hell out of accused...which i think is not justified.
When a person is arrested just on the basis of suspicion or someone who is arrested for a small theft/low offence etc. at that time only such lie-detectors and other pain-less devices should be used for interrogation.
But when the police has concrete evidence of involvement in illegal activities/high offence against the arrested person then after the submission of those proofs in the court and after getting a proper permission from the judge the police can use 3rd degree interrogation along with pain-less devices because such criminals do deserve such punishment because only imprisonment is not enough for teaching a lesson to such criminals.
But in this case also the law should clearly state the limit of using 3rd degree interrogation, after a certain stage the police shouldn't be allowed to torture the criminal and the police officers who cross this limit should be punished!
this POV of mine is not influenced by the show at all...no offence 😊

this is what i exactly want to say.Emotions sometimes will have the power to kill the thinking process and what happens in the end is a total damage of everything.
A person serving the country should focus on Duties not emotions.

Atleast Not in Indian 3rd degree is legal.I have no idea of foreign nations. No where in Indian constitution ,Indian law, penal codes its written that 3rd degree is legal. But still police force using it.Its a open secret. All 3rd degree treatement and torturing of the suspects and criminals is done in the dark.Becuase if a police officer is proved that he has done such act then action will be taken on him for sure.
And also suspects in fear will give the information and later whn produced in court they say that they have been tortured very badly and in that situation in order to save themselves they accepted the crime. Then again its police department and police officers will face action.
Many suspects i in the name of getting information are tortured very badly and they commit suicides. Some police officers are crossing their limits that they are using such treatement on normal theifs, poeple who get arrested in the case of money debts etc.If we read news papers we will find such cases.

So the problem is with the treatment which has to be banned totally.Any police officer using it must be strictly punished and fired from his duties. In order to interrogate criminals/suspects/terrorists it must be done with a total team of a lawyer,a doctor and police officer that too using the available technology.

Just for the story to move on,to portray zara a hero they need not support such things nor for the sake of love we had for rati or zara we need not support such things.I don't understand why HD always want to be so controversial.recently a report has been filed against HD becoz of the dialogues used during the Mandira rape case.

if they show this 3rd degree tortures onscreen, some non-profit human rights organization will file one more case.
