Chapter-35

Sameer starts walking towards Indira's room, practicing how to tell her sorry about his rudeness. Sameer stops on his track to see Dulari at the door talking with some nurse.
Sameer "god she is here, if she sees me sure will start the drama and it will sure effect Indira. What to do?"
Dulari starts walking towards canteen, at the same time Sameer's mobile rings. Sameer attends the call, it is from his travel agent "yes, Sameer here"
agent "Sir, there is a flight available which goes early at 4 AM in the morning via Dubai"
Sameer "good book the ticket and send me the copy"
agent "yes sir"
Sameer cuts the call and notices corridor is clear. Sameer goes inside Indira's room to see she is sleeping peacefully. Sameer locks the door so that Dulari wonot come inside and disturb them for few mintues. Sameer sits beside Indira's bed and takes her hand in his hand. He has no heart to wake her up.
Sameer "Indira, I donot know if you can hear me. I am sorry, I hurt you. I am really sorry. You are right it is all because of me you are in this situation. Otherwise by now you might have married your Rishi and have a happy life. I am really sorry for taking away all your happiness. But I will never regret having you in my life and the night when I made you mine without knowing anything about you. I L-" clears his throat which is closing due to emotions says "I love you Indira, I really love you" he bends and kisses on her cheek lovingly and bends to kiss her womb where there baby is breathing. Baby kicks Indira immediately as Sameer kisses her. Indira starts moaning. Sameer immediately leaves her hand and leaves the room looking at her for the last time. Sameer while leaving bangs with Dulari,
Sameer "I am s- oh sh*t"
Dulari "tum, arree -" continues her own curse but Sameer leaves the hospital without hearing her. Indira becomes restless as her baby suddenly becomes restless and starts kicking Indira nonstop and more over Dulari shoutings makes Indira more irritated. Indira puts her hand caring her womb to calm her baby, it suddenly hit that her baby is kicking.
Indira "OMG baby is kicking, Sameer baby-" and stops to see she is in hospital.
Indira "I am in hospital" she looks confused "but I felt Sameer is here with me, am I dreaming"
Indira starts recollecting what Sameer said her with a confused expression. Suddenly her eyes go wide "Sam-Sameer said he loves me" Indira suddenly becomes restless, she rises from her bed and wants to go out and make sure it is Sameer in real who is with her and it is not her dream. Indira 'Sameer office mein tho kaha tha he donot love me and now he said he loves me, what is happening here'.
At the same time Mandira enters the room "hi Indira how are you?"
Indira "Mandira is it Sameer outside"
Mandira gives a uneasy look "Indira donot get tensed, yes it is Sameer. Dulari bua said Yash asked Sameer get out of Diwan mansion. Yash uncle things because of Sameer you are in hospital as he is the reason for your stress level. I am not sure why they came to this conclusion. But it is good for you not to take much stress"
Indira is not listening after hearing that Yash asked Sameer to get out of the house.
Indira "where is Sameer going"
Mandira "I am not sure"
Indira sits on the edge of the bed murmuring to herself "he cannot leave me after he said he loves me" she closes her eyes "kabhi kaha tha hain he donot love me and kabhi kaha tha hain he love me erhhh but I love him, i want him to love me" Indira feels like crying "I want him with me for every second of my life"
Mandira "what did you say? I cannot catch your words Indira"

On otherside Sameer reaches the airport. Sameer's cell starts ringing and it is from Diwan mansion, he is sure it is his mother, but Sameer is no mood to attend the call 'Sorry mom to leave you without telling but I am not in a situation to talk with you properly. I will call once I am calm' and cuts the call. He is about to switch off the cell his cell starts ringing with a new number.
Sameer "who can it be, looks like out of India number"
Sameer lifts the call and hears "Hello Mr. Sameer Diwan, it is Rishi".
Sameer "tell me Mr. Rishi kumar"
Rishi "I know you it odd time to call and more over marriage work is going on. So accept my apologies first. I tried to call Indira many times to convey my wishes as she and I will be busy later. But she is not picking and call, now her cell is dead. I am little worried. When I called Mandira, she said she is in office at that time. So I called you, hope everything is fine."
Sameer with a strict tone says "Yes"
Rishi takes a deep breath and decides to ask him why he called him "As you know Indira and I are best friends. I want to ask you one question without beating around the bush. I hope this is not one of your plans to marry her and divorcee her so that you can give the baby your name and have your own life like-".
Sameer for a second gets angry for the direct question from Rishi, says "you too saw the pictures in the news paper"
Rishi keeps silence for some time and says "yes, on internet"
Sameer mummers "thanks this is what I need, to hear everyone giving me advice"
Rishi "what?"
Sameer "If I divorcee I think you will be the happiest man"
Rishi is confused "what?"
Sameer "why are you so surprised, I know due to me you did not able to marry Indira and may be you are planning to marry Indira and -", Sameer know he is wrong but he is ready to release his frustration on Rishi, it took some time to Rishi to understand what Sameer is saying, Rishi thinks 'is Sameer doubting me and Indira like we planned something against him with the baby or is he jealous, oh no I need to clear it off before it hampers Indira's life '
Rishi cuts him "Shall we talk like a man to man conversation without bringing jealous and angry"
Sameer "fine"
Rishi "you are right, I want to marry Indira because I love her"
Sameer makes fist as if he want to beat Rishi from phone. Rishi "but Indira never loved me, she always treated me as a friend and accepted to marry me as her best friend"
Sameer releases his fist and feels relaxed to hear Indira never loved Rishi. Rishi continues "you have broken our marriage, you came in between us"
Sameer before can stop says "sorry" and close his eyes kicking himself for saying that word as it hurts his ego.
Rishi relaxes to hear 'sorry from Sameer' "when I came to know Indira is pregnant with your child I want her to marry me. But I know Indira wonot accept for that, so I send her to you with two motives, one if you accept I want you to marry her and if you reject her and her baby then atleast she knows the harsh reality of the society which she always things is as beautiful and innocent as she is, but you accepted the baby and made the things complicated"
Rishi continues "she took decision to come with you, I never want to send her as I donot know about you and what if you harm her, in your office I met you I noticed jealously in you for me and care for Indira which relaxed me a lot that atleast you will take care of her and after seeing your pictures with another girl I feel may be I am wrong, I should not have send her back into your life at all"
Sameer slowly says "if I say it is Indira who set that girl for me then what will you say" there is no answer from Rishi for few moments and Rishi almost shouted "what?"
Sameer want to laugh out loud as he can imagine Rishi's face, Sameer explains what happened on his birthday without any sensor. After completing Rishi said laughing nonstop on the phone,
Sameer "Stop it Rishi, you are hurting my ego" but Sameer cannot stop smiling, he felt light after sharing everything with someone or with Rishi.
Rishi "sorry but OMG I cannot believe Indira did this to you, I really sympathize with you on this"
Sameer "thanks atleast I have one person with whom I can share this."
Rishi "I think situation is very bad at home"
Sameer "worst, I cannot explain my own dad about this"
Rishi "why"
Sameer "I donot know how they will react if they know fun mischief became ugly at the end. I donot want any bad impression on Indira right now as my family is accepting her with open hands."
Rishi feels really happy to see caring side of Sameer, Rishi "I always want Indira to be happy as I am her friend first. When I came to know about marriage I want to make sure you are very serious about it, and what to warn you but now I donot need to think about Indira as you are there for her"
Sameer did not reply to that, Rishi continues "and for your kind information, neither me nor Indira are planning to take your so called property, so quit doubting Indira and my relationship and all the best with Indira and her mischief"
Sameer smiles a little "thanks, thanks for clarifying me about you and Indira" saying to himself 'what is the use now, I think this marriage is not going to happen ever'
Rishi continues "I know whoever stays with Indira cannot help but fall in love with her"
Sameer is shocked, he did not tell Rishi that he loves her but how Rishi came to know that, Sameer "h-how I mean, how you know that I love her"
Rishi "hearing how possessive, caring and ofcourrse your jealous voice cleared my doubts telling that you love her. The great Sameer Diwan who never knows the slip of his tongue in business meetings, himself almost confessed that he loves Indira Sharma" Rishi chuckles "I want to give credit to my friend Indira"
Sameer sighs "yaa but Indira does not need me, love tho door ki baat hain"
Rishi is confused "need and what' you mean?"
Rishi hears flight announcements "Sameer where are you? Airport-"
Sameer "ya going to Los-" stops "nothing, nice talking to you Rishi. Take care of yourself" tells to himself 'and Indira' continues "bye"
Rishi "but marriage-" Sameer cuts the call, keeps it in airplane mode. He is not in a mood to pick the calls. He want some times to relax himself before boarding the flight, he starts listening to the music with loud sound to dominate the announcements. Sameer is unknown about the world and on otherside Indira is restless.
