If Zara is Indira then I will agree, Malik might blackmail Zara(Indira) that I am going to harm your child, if Zara ( Indira) did not obey Malik orders. Then for the safety purpose of Indu, Zara (Indira) might send Indu with Swetha .

as per indian law, surogate mother does not have any rt over child and if Sweta is +ve she will return indu to her mother and will have Inshi with Indu together. if she takes Indu to with her then she will become -ve

@ BOLD I agreed. If every surrogated mother claims that child belongs to her and she is the mother of child , people will dare to go for thiis method. Even kanha was brought up by Yashodha , she finally send him to Devaki who has actual right.As Rishi told she has always insecurity because she is not indu's actual mother.
