Shweta is not unmarried now legally. She is married to Ricky. So no problem on that front.

Actually there is no legal bar for unmarried or single women to be a surrogate mother however it is recommended for married womens with the consent of their husband... So it is possible.. Qouted from the source below

Forget the legal aspects - which are easily overcome.
But clinically, I don't think it is possible to transfer a fetus from a living mother and transplant it into the womb of a another lady. The fetus is not an object which you can take out of one container and put in another container for safekeeping!!!
From what i understand, the womb has to be ready to accept a fetus - the placenta the placental cord that nourishes the baby. I mean it is not biologically possible for you to just transfer a baby - it is not a self-contained container. The baby is linked to the mother's blood.
A surrogate pregnancy occurs when you fertilise the egg of the mother and father outside the womb, ie., test-tube, and then transfer the fertiliised egg into the surrogate mother's womb and then everyone prays that the fetus will attach itself to the mother's womb!!
Is there a doctor out there to clarify this point?!!!!

waise to aur aik blooper hai. a child cannot survive in mother womb if mother dies. Indira was sure that when rishi would be watching CD she would be dead .Then how she expect rishi to say their prar ki nishani? but I have learnt to ignore all such blooper in HD for its servival.
HD is fast tract serial so cvs may get very less time to work on story. i use to see only HD first time I show some more to chose which one i can watch in place of HD if one hasband two wives drama starts. i found all of them boring as story moves very slow. nothing happened in one episode .
