Indira is admitted in the hospital.Her beat was being shown. Simultaneously they are showing Indira child heart beat.The doc tells rishi for embryo transplantation.And it was really irritating to see tht cv's showed embryo having heart beat.
I dnt have much knowledge in medicine but these are the common things ppl knew.Indira was recently pregnant not for weeks atleast.Genrally heart beat starts after 5 weeks.Indira was suffering frm BT all these days that is last 4 weeks (1 month) she is in advanced stage and recently she knew she was prgnant
And to show the heart beat of days embryo was really a big blooper in the show
