According to Hindu Marriage Act , If 1st wife is willingly ready , then a husband can do 2nd Marriage. It will be perfectly legal in that case

Is this Indian law never heard about it in another countries wherever I stayed or staying before.

Sorry Anju , a latest modification in Act has nullified it ( Act of 1995). Earlier it was valid ( Act of 1955).

But lawyer Sanjay Dixit right writes "in these type of cases only first wife has right to complain and if she is satisfied and takes no legal action then you are totally safe".
