this rumor is going on and rumor is that zee wants revamp of HD in new slot -so PH forced to bring this brain tumor track.

new set up kau actor and actress aayebge -and how much they aqre popular.and what is storyline will make show success or failure.but in revamp both leads will be new one.that is for sure.[rati and sumit are not part of HD after leap.]
