i dont think that whatever munna says will matter to indu. She clearly knows why she is still in Sn after her marriage. If Munna had a lil bit of the thing called brain, and mandy had lil bit of the thing called sharam, and kutumb had some self respect and influencing power in family, indu will happily leave SN. More over the house is legally in her name and being a strong headed girl, she wont wince while saying that its her house and if some one has to go then its them. She definitely knows that they wont do that.
