Why can't they think & act something like this :

1. Sell SN for 10 crores.
2. Buy a 4BHK Flat in Delhi/NCR for 1.5 - 2 crore.
3. Put Rest of the Money in bank.
4. Can Create Fixed Deposits in the name of Ishaan - Seher for 1- 1crore each , which will mature , when they both will grow up. This will secure their future
5. By the interest which will come from rest of money (about 4 lakh per month) , they can live happily.

Now , tell me what is wrong with the scenario , I have mentioned.
