The Tatler: Abhinav Shukla in Hitler Didi

Model-turned-actor Abhinav Shukla, who was last seen in the reality show Survivor India is all set to enter Zee TV's serial Hitler Didi. He will play the role of a Haryanvi cop Sumer Chaudhry based in Delhi's Chandni Chowk and will be the parallel lead to Sumeet Vats who is essaying the character of Rishi.

A man of few words and a mysterious past, Sumer will be at loggerheads with Indira played by Rati Pandey. Indira will incidentallyapproach Sumer to help her find her missinghusband Rishi.

Confirming his entry in the show, Abhinav said, "I had been following the show even before I was approached for it and always thought that it is one of the most real depictions of the contemporary middle-class Delhi existence. Playingthe role of a tough cop, is a dream come true!"
