We really need to see growth in Indira. We have seen Rishi's growth, but now it is Indira who needs to introspect and start giving some of the love and support back to Rishi.

Besides the "azma ke..." promise, I want Indira to deeply realize all that this man has given up to be with her. Family is always family, no matter how flawed. Rishi gave up his family and obscene wealth to be with her, he put them in jail for her cause.

Yet what did he gain in return? Nothing

Indira has to date been extremely stingy with her love and trust vis-a-vis Rishi

@bold: So true. He has earned the hatred of his family. His own mother has wished him ill for doing so.

Indira also has to acknowledge (to herself if not the world) that she starts taking a kinder view of people, especially her own deeply flawed family, when Rishi is around her. This was evident in the way she dealt with her family after Rishi proposed to her in the rain--the apology to Munna and the kindness with which she spoke to Kutumb.

The point I'm trying to make is, while its true that she deeply influences Rishi and makes him want to be a better man, he too, has a deep impact on her. She is willing to be a different (better?) person when around him. She just needs to acknowledge it, give up the fears related to this kind of acceptance, and let herself trust. Too much work, but worth it!

Rishi had been pleading with her that something happened to Vidith and somehow Sam is involved in it. Indira first did not believe hi,, and then when she found out, did not tell him

I found that deeply disappointing. Rishi needed to know, if not as her lover, then at least as a lawyer. This info was very germane to Mandira's case

That exactly is her problem! She almost never arrives at conclusions...always rushes into them. Now that she was clear in her head about Sameer and Mukul's guilt and, therefore, Rishi's innocence, there was nothing to be said or done. She had analyzed the situation and come to her conclusion. That's how it is most of the time. To her credit, she was right this time.

This is exactly what I meant when I said she needs to think and introspect. She needs to consciously work on this side of her personality because it affects the people around her in myriad ways.

@bold: I politely disagree with you here😊... There has not been one or two.. There have been many many occasions when Indira has minced no words in telling Rishi that he is an outsider.

I will give the most recent example. When Rishi published Mandira's rape in the newspaper, Indira told him and I quote " Aapko kisne kaha newspaper me chapwane ko? Aap kaun hothe hain hamare maamle me dhakal dene wale?" You can watch the episode if you don't trust me.

If that does'nt mean Rishi is an outsider, then what does it mean? 😆

On numerous occasions when Rishi wanted to talk with her, she showed a cold shoulder and ignored him completely. The most recent thing is when Rishi went on his knees and gave her the rod to hit her. She just had one misunderstanding cleared up. But what did she do?
She said she had left her mobile and came to collect it...

And even now, she needed Vidith to tell her that Rishi is good. She openly admitted it. She told that her future decision is dependent on Vidith's words...( So much for trust in love and your loved one 😊)

Shruti, You just stole the words from my heart!!!!!! The precap sorry was horrendous. It is as if she is doing him a favour...And please...Rishi does'nt need any favours...
I can't understand why she should feel so much to ask a sorry.. and that too with Rishi...

Some may feel that both words are synonym to each other but there is a minute difference.
Becahini tab hoti hai jab aap se aur intezaar nahi hota aur kisi baat ko aap jald se jald bolna chahte ho...samne waale ke saamne rakhna chahte ho.

Par, Tadap...tadap tab hoti hai jab aap apni dil ki baat dusre ke saamne rakh hi nahi paate...Vo baat aap share hi nahin kar paate aur vo insaan aap ke dil ki baat jaane bina aap se dur chala jaata hai (though for some time).
That's when Ultimate Realization of Love happens...😭

(nothing dat filmy...but if u observe initially he was standing besides her...but @ the first mention of a pic in a newspaper...the besharmas swarmed around indu & slowly but surely pushed rishi away. wat i expected her to do here was hold his hand & stop him from getting pushed aside & hence leaving. a simple gesture would have said it all. no dialogues needed...the sort of silent communication InShi is best at & if she had stopped him then the press wouldnt have asked him was he family?...they wud have assumed watever they wished)

@iolahardy: Nice post. I agree with almost every point made. I actually found Ishaan irritating and the 'masti' in the entire scene forced. Did not gel somehow. And about whether the precap is a dream or not, I think we should stop paying attention to precaps.

But I still have about a grain of faith in Indira's character. She may not be the most sorted person, but she has a good heart. Her real problem is lack of trust in others and a complete lack of introspection. When she gets angry, she does not know when to stop or where to draw the line. If the CVs want to show some sort of growth in her character, they should show her attempting to change these things about herself. She has forgotten that she uttered the words "aazmana ho toh aazma lijiye" to Rishi. How sad is that! One mistake and every good thing about the person is forgotten.

This time round, I hope the CVs are in no rush to show Indira's complete acceptance of Rishi (with all his faults). Rishi's atonement for his mistakes has been a slow process. Now, Indira's wooing of Rishi needs to be slow and, needless to say, steady 😊

@ bold: ishaans part worried me a bit. i know the boy absolutely loves rishi, but love isnt same as respect. if in the future rishi does shift into SN after marrying indira...the besharmas wont spare even a single moment to insult him & remind him that he is a 'ghar jamai'. i hope yesterdays gadha dialogue wasnt a precap of the future whr any tom ,dick, harry will come & insult rishi as & wen he feels. but i feel we r reading too much into a very simple scene😆
