Logic Gap

Rishi just starts arguing the case...without once meeting Mandira or hearing her side of the story. Or any type of preparation. He only studied some papers...that too with Radhey (of all people!).

It comes to him as a surprise that Sameer and Mandira had a one-night stand. He should know everything about his client. This is too big an error. Indira is right. Quite a lot is at stake.

I agree it was Mandira's responsibility. But it was equally Rishi's. If she did not tell, he also did not try to find out. He just assumed that he knew everything about her. Things just raced today at a hectic pace. He really should have bought some time and gathered his thoughts. I know he'll pull his act together tomorrow and all that, but I was like...what's the rush? Settle down first and then cha jao!

Yes... there is this saying that we should never hide anything from our doctor and lawyer.
But Mandira was not at fault here because everything happened so fast and she had no chance to explain to Rishi.

It was Rishi's job to ask for some time from the judge and then prepare for the case. He did not do that. Its obvious he is inexperienced.. its his first case remember.. so the adrenaline is high and the brain is not working at its optimum..

There are a lot of facts that will cause setbacks to Inshi. I think after the day's hearing, Rishi should sit down with mandira and find out EVERYTHING about her and Sam...

The next day in office will be much better...

Agree...misplaced humour. The Rishi-Indira exchange was entertaining enough without being out of place.

And actually, I like Rani Batija. Her penchant for drama is leveraged very well for some comic relief. I only wish she was on Indira's side. Too bad 😒
