I think he uses this "I can die for her" phrase just to express how much he actually loves Indu, it's not literally meant. But the sentence could also be a hint of a possible future incident that almost gets Ricky killed (he will not die of course). Then Indu and the others will realize what he meant by his love. By using this phrase the CVs want to emphasize two main points; how dangerous Sameer is and to what extent Ricky loves/protects Indu...😉
Today he used the almost same phrase twice (first with Ishaan and second time with his mom), I think it is becoming repetitive too. They should use new phrases to entertain the HDians, something like iolahardy's suggestions. But they will most likely utilize these serious dialogues at a critical time, perhaps at the turning point of the current story (when Indira falls for Ricky). Predictions are impossible...😊
And you HDians should relax, I don't think the show leaders are interested in getting rid of Ricky/Rishi, because it will have a direct impact on the charm and future of HD. 😃
