She will be heartbroken and hate him for the lies and distance herself from him, but once Vidit recovers and tell her how much Rishi has served him, then she will start realizing that Rishi is good person by heart and his intentions were good. She will eventually be thankful to Rishi but that realization would come late when he is away from her. Whatever, once they are away, they will start missing each other and then they will understand each other better.
Your view is very much apt... situation might get worse if she learns it from someone else especially from sameer... I think it would be next major high point of the show... so there will be some drama to it...but yes her first reaction would be anger & complete distrust on rishi...
