That dialogue contains 2 things in it...one is that Rishi knows Vidit very well & now he is understanding Indira as well...a good sign for their growing relationship ... kudos to Cvs for such a lovely idea to express someone's love , care & concern for his beloved ones.

and one more interesting point is--

rishi calls vidith as vidith bhaiyya.
so rishi and vidith are not friends.
may be vidith is older than rishi also.
