is it enforceable and valid under Indian law??yes.as per judgement in shohab akthar case.

similar court case happened in India.if you are from India then then you would have remembered it.

one girl aayesha complained to Hyderabad police that she is married shohab in masjid in pakisthan.but shohab said it is fake.

but court asked for marraige certificate from that majid and maulvis witness and aayesha produced them.

and court held that marriage is valid and asked shobab to give divorce to aayesha before marrying to sania mirza.

after shobab accepted his marriage and given divorce to aayesha.
only afterwards he is able to marry sania mirza.

so Indian law recognizes marriages made in mandir ,masjid,church and even if they made it in videshi soil also

so tht means when all the ladies r yelling at indira she can say she is married to rishi

This is not a law only for India almost everywhere in this whole world it is the same.

I just want to say one thing the certificate is fake because it continues Rishi fake details and his original name is Ricky... so that marriage is invalid in any country...

I still wonder how they created a marriage certificate without checking the identity proofs it means Rishi created duplicate passport with Rishi's name?😲

we are also as much sure as you are it is only a belief.some of us believe it to be true some believe it to be fake we'll continue to fight cv's will do what they have decided.
