Why sameer sent goons whn he has house documents?

Sameer is a unpredictable man.He has the documents of sharma nivas.He can proceed legally.He can send a court notice to Indira and family to vacate the house and he can have his construction there.

Unknowingly,Indira gave the property to Diwan constructions and mr.Sameer diwan has all legal rights over it.Inspite of this,he is using radhe as a brocer and also sending goons.Why so????

oh!i have missed tht rishi bribing lawyer scene.

he cant take over the house legally bcoz he does not have the deal papers... the papers are with rishi as he has bribed the lawer to prove tht the deal was never done!!!... so without papers of the deal, sameer cannot go to court...
