A strong contender to replace Sushant Singh as Manav in Pavitra Rishta, Mrunal Jain lost the plum role to Hiten Tejwani recently. But now he has bagged another role in another show on the same channel. The hunky actor who started his career with Ekta's Mahabharat and Bandini has been cast as Sameer Diwan in Hitler Didi. His entry will result into a love triangle between the daily soap's lead pair Indira, Rishi and him. The buzz is that Mrunal has been brought into the show because Sumit Vats, who plays Rishi, hasn't been able to get his chemistry right with Indira, played by Rati Pandey. Sameer, who is finicky about cleanliness and suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder moves into Indira's household and finds it difficult to adjust in the middle-class family.

guys i think we should not try to predict the story line...if the cvs are good at something its unpredictability...surely they would come up with a good reason to show sameer diwan in the sharma niwas
