If you've ever worked in a Delhi office you would say that Indira reacted only mildly. You have no idea what Delhi is like. If a woman is not harsh and rude, she can't survive, sometimes not even then.
People in her office don't like her becoz they are time wasters and she is honest and dedicated and good at her job. She is always showing them that things can be done better.
I don't love Rati, in fact this is the first serial of hers that I'm watching. But yes I like the story and the concept and I understand the social background because I've seen it first-hand.
