Ayesha Singh who played the role of Sai in Ghum hai kisi ke pyaar mein gen 1 became an overnight star all thanks to her role and characterization. Though people call her an average actress she rose to popularity inspite of lot of offscreen drama and toxic content of the show.

What are your opinions on the actress?

She deserves the hype. And also I find her pretty good compared to what ITV offers. I sometimes feel ITV viewers goes overboard in praising some average senior actors like they did some oscar winning acting in past. The fact is ITV was always average and toxic it's just that with shows like Ghum and Imlie the toxicity level has increased and became unbearable. Coming to offscreen drama I feel she always maintained dignity and never said anything problematic ever or used any such situation to play victim's card and seek attention. Honestly at time I found Neil disrespectful towards Ayesha but he was far worse in Big Boss with Khanzaadi, Ankita and Isha.

Overrated in simple terms

Her new show Mannat looks interesting and promising but she is a very bad actor one of the reason why I can't watch that show.

Sai as a character was good which was destroyed later.

Ayesha as a person too can be great Idk.

But she as a actress is bad, don't like her acting at all

She needs to improve when she gets excited in a few scenes. She needs to work a bit on her voice modulation and dancing skills .

I started watching Ghum because of the character 'Sai' and then I continued to watch it because of how Ayesha breathed life into Sai. I can't imagine any other actress as Sai.

Some actresses get good scenes but their expressions remain the same whoever they face; meaning it is standard- crying is one expression, comedy is one standard type, regardless of who their character faces in the show.

I find Ayesha 's character interacts with characters, as per their relationship with her character.

I find the same quality in Mannat too. I never thought I would get attached to any other character she plays.

I haven't watched her in ghum. Started few episodes of Mannat..she has great screen presence and looks positive. But her bubbly acting needs refinement..haven't followed her much to know hype she has. But she needs work in few areas other wise she is decent

Sai's character was powerful, that's why she is famous. Otherwise overrated hai
