Since someone asked..1000 steps is approx 1 km😊


And instead of all the taam jhaam about making special diet recipes why can't we eat simple Dal chawal roti sabji/khichdi..trust me it takes less time to cook. And u get variety too..toor Dal, kadhi, moong, mix dal, dal fry, dal makhani, sambhaar, Dal palak, bisi bele rice.. it may sound same but ingredients n taste of each is different.

Soups r also good but making them is more time consuming..and instant ones r to be avoided.


Most important..keep one cheat day so u won't have cravings.

And fasting is not for everyone..it's suits some people but at least I get headaches n acidity if I don't eat on time

Because people gain those weight slowly, over months, possibly years. And then they expect to lose it in just a couple of days ... obviously it's going to be hard.

After 23 pages, is there any solution for weight loss or are we still doing circles around the topic?

I like to follow some exercise (taking break on Sunday) with whatever I like to eat, I can't compromise on food and like to make others eat as well haha.


1. Simple crunches with arms on rest at beginning not at the back of the heads and progressing towards it after gaining strength like feeling no more pain

2. Working on flexing those same muscles like straightening the body and spine

3. Walking atleast 30 minutes everyday non stop like an exercise


All of this must include proper breathing techniques.

Ditto. I don’t eat until I get home from work, which is around 6pm. I just eat one full meal and that’ll keep me satisfied till the following evening. It also makes fasting more fun coz all I do during the day is look forward to eating. 😆
