Hey Guys,

I am 5'7 height and 61 KG slim body boy. I want to gain weight and increase my muscle size can anyone please suggest me some tips for gaining weight in a healthier way.

P.S. I am pure Vegan.

You need the right amount of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Help yourself to nuts and dairy products. Protein is the key for muscle building; this will help you gain weight

Eat a healthy diet, exercise, walk a lot and eat frequently but starchy/non fatty and not a lot at a single time. Easy! and it helps!😊

weight gaining is not a easy task in today's environment because we did't have enough time for our-self but now we can go with some of the nutrition and supplements.

This isnt entirely correct. You can always manage your weight loss/gain by using simple techniques like yoga after waking up in the morning. Patience of course is required.

Eat a lot of pumpkin, beans, almonds, cashews, and peanuts.
Reduce carbs. Increase more protein. Get some supplements.
Slowly start with light weights. Dumbbells and possible some press ups and pull ups.
With time increase the amount you eat and workout.
Now don't run into it. Be patient. With time you'll see all the differences.
Also soy cream cheese has a lot of protein. give that a go.
