Atharva watches Aastha leaves and he's upset. He starts walking towards the river and says to himself, "What does she think? I don't know how to row the boat? I was a champion, a champion"...He reaches the boat and tries to push it out into the river and climb in. He manages to get it into the water and as he tries to climb in, the boat starts to tilt and he's about to fall out...He gets scared and starts calling out for Aastha😆😆...saying 'bachaao...help"😆...Aastha hears him and turns around...she says to herself, 'he is thinking of this boat and the river as some kind of game but he doesn't realize that if the boat gets trapped in the current of the waves, his life will be in danger"...she thinks that no matter what he is like, he is from Baapji's aashram so she must go and help him.
She runs over to him and scolds him that does he think this is some kind of joke? And then tells him to get out of the boat so that they can get the water out of the boat...she asks him to tilt the boat over to get the water out...finally they get the water out and she scolds him again to sit in the boat quietly and not move😆...she also gets in and starts rowing the boat. Atharva asks her, 'why did you come? I would have learnt it on my own'...Aastha doesn't reply but keeps on rowing...Atharva looks at her for a moment and she looks up and sees him watching her and gets irritated and looks away again...Atharva says, 'gaali mat deejiyega"😆...ghoor nahin raha hoon...main toh bas yeh dekh raha hoon ki aap is chhoti si naav/boat ko aise chala rahi hain jaise koi shaandaar gadi ho"😆...Aastha still doesn't reply...after a moment he starts playing with the water and singing, 'paani re paani, tera rang kaisa"😕😆...then he says to her, 'sahi baat hai na?' She retorts that there is a crocodile in the river and if your hand is caught by his mouth, the color of the river will go from white to red...he says ok ok I'll take my hand out.
After a moment he asks her, 'why don't you say something?...there is such scenic beauty around them, there's a boat...so she should say something, no?'...Aastha says, 'what should I say?'...Atharva thinks for a bit and then asks her how she slept last night...she says the burden was lifted from my heart so I had to sleep well...Atharva says, 'but I wasn't able to sleep last night'...Aastha asks him why? He says he lied to her...He was really staring at her😆...She asks, 'matlab?'...he changes the topic and says, 'oh look we've reached the riverbanks'...she asks him loudly, 'why were you staring at me?'...He continues avoiding her question and points to a mango tree...and then says, 'first let's eat the mangoes and then I'll tell you why I was staring at you'😆 She says no...he says ok fine...don't eat...I'll eat it by myself and won't give you any...she says I don't want to eat any stolen mangoes anyways...he says ok fine they'll ask the tree first and then eat the mangoes.
He gets out of the boat and tries to knock down a few mangoes from the tree with a stone but isn't able to...so he says he has to climb the tree now...he climbs up the tree and tries to reach for a mango but falls and hangs on to a branch crying for help again😆...Aastha watches this and says to him, 'this had to happen since you were stealing'...he says he's about to fall he really needs her help...Aastha climbs up the tree and guides him back on to the tree by giving him her hand...he climbs back on and thanks her...she awkwardly withdraws her hand from his
At the Aashram, Baapji is giving his daily pravachan...he says that time changes, ppl change but Love never changes...He says on TV and in newspapers these days, ppl discuss that does true love exist? He says it does...it is pure as well...the love that is formed from the bodies, that is brief and ends quickly...but the love that is from the soul goes on forever.
Atharva thanks Aastha again for saving him and then asks, 'but how will I get down now'? She says why are you asking me...just jump down...do whatever you want to, why are you asking me? He says how can I jump down? I'll get hurt again...Look I helped you with the wheel of your cart, please help me get down...she says first answer the question you haven't answered yet...why were you staring at me?...He says first help me get down then I'll tell you...she says no, tell me now...he refuses again...she says fine I'm going down and I'll tell Dinesh Kaka you were stealing mangoes from his orchard and he'll come and beat you with a big stick😆...He says no, no...she says then tell me why you were staring...He hesitates for a bit and then says he doesn't know how to tell her...then he says that since he's seen her, he can't take his eyes off her...she gives him a disgusted look...he says no, no don't take it in the wrong way...I wasn't looking at you THAT way...main waise nazar se nahin, US nazar se dekh raha tha...she asks him, 'waise nazar matlab kaisi?" aur us nazar matlab? He says, 'waise nazar matlab gandi nazar se nahin, taareef waali nazar se..." He says he was thinking about Atharva ji and how lucky he is that he's getting a wife like you😆...He says he wishes he also had a kismat like this😆...Aastha says that's enough...He goes on to say that the truth is that he was very upset with her yesterday and had decided to tell Baapji he doesn't want to get married...but when you came over last night and told me what's in your heart with such simplicity, then I decided that I won't go."
Aastha looks at him in confusion and asks him why would he tell Baapji he doesn't want to get married...who is he?...Atharva realizes his slip up and doesn't know what to say to her...and looks away...Aastha insists that he tell her who he is and why he's after her...she asks him why he's quiet now...she says she knows he's from Baapji's Aashram and he hasn't lied but he has to tell her this truth now too...who is he?...He says, "I am..." and just then Chaturvedi interrupts calling out for him "Inder ji!...why are you playing the same prank on Aastha that you play on everyone?"...Atharva-Aastha look at him in confusion...Then Chaturvedi also climbs the tree and asks Aastha what he said to her? Did he say to her that he himself is Atharva? Chaturvedi says he has this habit of joking with everyone...Aastha turns to Atharva and asks him so he was joking?...Atharva doesn't say anything...Chaturvedi says, 'doesn't he understand that if Aastha had really been told that her would be husband is in front of her, she would have gotten shy and fallen off the tree'😆...Aastha feels awkward...Atharva says, 'no she wouldn't have fallen...cuz she knows how to climb the tree as well as get down from the tree'...Aastha and him share a look...then Chaturvedi says they should all get down now.
Later they are all going back in the boat and Aastha looks quite thoughtful...she thinks about Atharva telling her on the tree that he was going to tell Baapji he doesn't want to get married...then she thinks to herself...'what if he really is Atharva ji?' Then she thinks, 'but Chaturvedi ji would never lie...If he really was Baapji's son, why would he hide it? Am I thinking too much?'
The villagers are discussing something about organizing a Maha Shivratri function...Chaturvedi and Atharva return and the villagers ask "Inder ji" to organize the function...Atharva looks a bit uncomfortable but agrees reluctantly
Somewhere else in the village, Aastha is practicing for the Shivratri function with one of her friends who's playing an angry Shivji while Aastha dances as Parvati...they decide that they need to practice in costumes to get the feel right...
Atharva is helping to fix the lighting at the venue and Chaturvedi comes over to him and tells him he hasn't come over here to do all this, he should do what he's come here to do...he suggests they should put diyas around the stage and asks Atharva to go to Madhav's house to get diyas...Atharva smiles at the idea and leaves for Aastha's house.
Trishna's husband is getting Ved ready for school...while Trishna is thinking to herself that things are getting out of hand now and it should not happen that Atharva himself marries Aastha and brings her home while she's left to welcome them...Her husband asks her what she is thinking about...she says she only has a headache...he offers to put balm on her head...she closes on her eyes and thinks about Baapji, Janki, Atharva etc. talking about Aastha and then opens her eyes feeling disturbed.

Precap: Atharva says to Aastha, "jee karta hai aapko gale lagaa loon" and is about to hug her when she pushes him away and slaps him...He looks at her in shock.
