But about the thing Vritika and Biatasta i want to say that, a NEGATIVE character can also be loved, and a POSITIVE character can also be hated. It all depends on how the character is portrayed. If the author succeed in portraying a character nicely, then it will be loved, be it evil or good. Same with a characterh isnt portrayed nicely.

And about Lakshmi thinking the durseleys nice and good, i will say it depends on people's opinion... 😳 😳 😳

I just mentioned that Snape isnot a "positive" character is the conventional sense. He just cannot be branded a "positive" character. He isnt foolishly "good". He was a deeply horrible person who surprisingly had some shades of sensibility and sensitivity. a Very Human character. Not the 'positive' character u often see and love in Fiction.
