Hi! Guys.

In the first book when harry tells his aunt and uncle that his train to hogwarts will leave at Platform 9 3/4 and his aunt and uncle just laughs at him saying that there is no such platform...BUT in the seventh book it is said that Petunia has been to that platform fighting with lily, then why does she act as if there is no such platyform in the seventh book???😕

Why does she tell people that Harry goes to St. Brutus's Secure Center for Incurably Criminal Boys. Why did she tell Harry that James and Lily died in a car crash. Why didn't she reveal that she had at one point gotten along with Lily.
Point being. She lies, always has when it comes to Harry. On top of that she tries to show as little knowledge as possible of magic; maybe because she got rejected by it. So she was hardly going to tell Harry that Platform 9 and 3/4 did, indeed, exist. She also, probably, wanted him to suffer just that little bit more for acquiring those "freakish" talents.

well remember in OOTP, It accidently slips from her lips that Dementors are guards of Azkaban but immediately afterwards, she vaguely makes sum excuse for her knowing it...Bcoz she is distancing herself as much as she can from Magic bcoz she doesnt want her husband n son to think she knows lil bit of those freaks and that freak world.

similarly, in Book 1, she laughed along with Vernon n Dudley, inspite of knowing abt the exiistance of this platform. I guess she may have been hoping he doesnt find out how to enter, thereby misses the train, there goes his admission into Hogwarts and gets lost in he milling crowd of London! 😆 😉
