Dumbledore...no doubt there. SPOILER WARNING: highlight to read next.
Now that he's dead, I have a feeling Harry's doomed.

Dumbledore, perhaps.

But Ron and Hermione... I figure Harry would be nothing without them. They keep him sane, which I'm pretty sure is a difficult thing to do. They're very loyal friends, and probably they do what Dumbledore himself can't do. But yes, overall, I suppose it's Dumbledore who has helped him the most.

I have a feeling Ginny is going to help him a lot now. You know - have friends is one thing, having a girlfriend is another. Harry'll probably find that he can rely on her a lot.

I think Dumbledore, Ron and Hermione played equal parts in understanding Harry and helping him.

Very true...

Ginny helped him out especially when Ron and Herm couldn't or when Hermione was acting preachy.

Like the time when Harry wanted to talk to Sirius thru Umbridge's fire and Ginny offered to create a diversion with Fred and George's help

She understands his emotions better - even when he was banned from Quidditch in HBP and Hermione was scolding him, Ginny snapped back at her and said "Dont pretend to understand Quidditch, Hermione, you'll only embarass yourself!"

Everyone up there in that poll helped Harry along with his time in their own way so far at Hogwarts.

So I reckon it would be difficult to choose just one person there.
