harry is not a horcrux.

1. you are supposed to kill someone in order to make something a horcrux. now, voldemort used the avada kedavra curse to kill harry. now, you dont apply AK curse on someone whom u intend to make a horcrux , if you try to make someone horcrux and throw the avada kedavra curse on him, it'll be a 'dead body horcrux' , and since all dead bodies decay , he'd have to find means to preserve them.

2. voldemort killed the old caretaker of the riddle house and made nagini his horcrux ( dumbledore's assumption), this shows that you need to kill something else to make someone a horcrux.

3. there is a possibility that voldemort carried the object which he intended to make a horcux at the night when he invaded the potter house .

4. the idea of harry being accidentally made a horcrux makes the plot weak . imagine, if dumbledore, serius etc have died marely 'accidentally' , how would the story look to you ?
