Yes, now I too think dumbly fits most clues except two lines in the riddle..dumbly was one of a kind, though there r many wizards..wizards who bring solace from brutality so efficiently and powerfully r rare n not widespread..also, dumbly, does he remind u of a sheep?..😲.. aberforth was involved with goats n not sheeps..

as to ur riddle..sorry my bad..i didnt read the last line in excitement...so it doesnt satisfy there..rest it does...as to the sheep thing..well i thought since remus was a wolf..and wolves chase and feast on sheep so i thought that might be the connection.. but now i feel someone's whose patronus could have been sheep is the answer...or some vampire thing u mentioned back could be...thinking abt the answer now
