i think who actually loves hermione is ron and they'll make a perfect couple

Krum and Hermy went to the Yule Ball together because

a) Ron did not ask her out first

b) Viktor was the first nice guy who showed any interest in her

Basically, she is very flattered with his attentions, but she does not love him. If we remember, she was invited to visit him in Bulgaria, but she never said yes.

Viktor likes her very much, there is no doubt. But, Hermione simply treats him as a friend or a pen-pal.

actually i don't know the page no exactuly but i think she told harry and ron in Number Twelve, Grimmauld Place... i think
