Amazon.co.uk announced this morning that more than 200,000 copies of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince have been pre-ordered through their website. They also mentioned that they have seen a 17% increase in pre-orders of the adult edition of the book in comparison to Order of the Phoenix.

The group product manager of Amazon.co.uk said, "Amazon.co.uk customers are clearly incredibly excited about the sixth Harry Potter book and we are delighted that they've pre-ordered more than 200,000 copies through our website."
