^^^Oops! Sorry if that came off as serious, it was meant to be a friendly jibe. I was parodying the R/Hr shippers and how they talk online when they wanna offend the other ships who are non-canon. I personally think there's no one way of reading the books and interpretations are different for everyone:)
*Edited to add - Infact my practical side was terribly unsure if the R/Hr couple would last or not. But then my emotional side was all for it, the main reason I was so drawn to them is that despite of their differences they loved/cared for each other deeply. I am personally drawn to dark romances, the kind that make you feel that they're 'impossible' and can in no way happen in real life. I'm sorry I'm not the best debator so won't be able to expand much as to the reasons why they're my fav couple, infact I myself don't understand it at times lol:P

However, IF you are in fact serious like a lot of RHr supporters usually are when they make the "go back and re-read" comment, I think your attitude is quite unpleasant. The concept of supporting a relationship is a matter of preference rather than what is right or wrong. The whole you-must-not-have-read-the-books-if-you-don't-agree-with-"canon" is the most juvenile and puerile route one can possible take because any shipper (Draco/Pansy, Ron/Luna, Hermione/Pansy) has obviously read the books, know how they end and have made the conscious decision to support a relationship of their preference. It doesn't mean that they haven't read the books if they don't happen to support the main pairings. For one, the obsession with canon limits people's interpretations from what I've seen. The 'you mustn't have read the books if you don't support what is canon' approach shows an intolerant attitude towards opposing opinions. - - - - - - - Anyhow, sorry for being persnickety but that whole part about teaching others how to interpret a book, or telling them what to interpret is a pet peeve of mine. I can proudly say that I am definitely NOT a "Heron" inside or anywhere else. I don't think they'd be compatible and the epilogue evinces why they are uncompatible: their relationship dynamics haven't matured from the teenage phase. Ron lies behind Hermione's back, pretending to be in line with her ideals while lying through his lying little teeth to her. He assumes she doesn't need to know that he broke the law and potentially abused a muggle's rights to personal integrity. Hermione STILL undermines Ron's capabality (and I'm hard pressed to criticize her for it when her underestimation proves to be absolutely correct). She still nags him about his flaws that she knows he'll never change, even for her sake. Her undermining him, and him lying to her show that they have little respect for each other and still treat each other the same as they did at Hogwarts - it echoes OOTP with how seriously Hermione took prefect duties and how Ron abused his power as a prefect to steal toys from young kids. Lots of fighting =/= love. The one canon pairing I understand and like is Lucius-Narcissa. From what is shown in the series, I can see them being well-suited. We are shown so little of them that it intrigues me. I see their relationship 3 ways: a) arranged marriage that transceded into love over time or b) arranged marriage that is based on mutual respect and maturity or c) falling in love when they went to Hogwarts. Although the last option is overly romantic for my liking, I think it's plausible given that I see them as a family who just happens to support LV instead of DD. In fanon, it's common to see Lucius abuse Narcissa and I really don't see that happening, ever. Not because of some chlidish romantic hope I harbor but because he's supposed to be aristocratic and she comes from one of the best bloodlines in the entire Wizarding World - she wouldn't tolerate abuse from her husband. I think they are one of the few couples in HP to have a less than dysfunctional relation.

Oh wowwie, you know you're never supposed to take Khusbhoo seriously 😆😆😆 J/K Khusboo, just had to throw that in there :P

Hey guys, Every person has their own favorite ship, and though we may/may not understand why someone likes that ship, and we may have our own ideals and beliefs about why a certain ship is logical or not, why we may/may not like a certain ship is very much biased because we like that ship, our reasons don't have to be logical and we don't have to explain why/why not a certain ship is logical or not if our answers may hurt someone else's feelings. Personally, I am a canon fan, not because my perceptions are limited only to canon (cause I very much support the Luna/Neville ship and even have no prob against Draco/Hermione if the fics are written good), but because I personally feel that each canon relationship made sense, but that's just my perception and if other people feel different, I have no problem with it. :) So cheer up guys! Each couple is sweet if you think about it, so please don't fight.😊

Hey I agree...but I don't think we were fighting lol..ShadowKisses pointed out her concern with my post very politely😳

Even though debating bores me, I like disagreements, they make life interesting😉

That's why my fav ship is Ron Hermione - tons of bickering!😛

Looove Harry-Ginny!
Harry is someone who hasn't got the 'Laughter' in him meaning,he is a serious person and so is Hermione and hence Ginny compliments him very well in that way!Like they say, opposites attract! And Harry hates weepy girls so Ginny is purrrfect for him!😳
