Draco and Hermione as a couple do have potential, but Ron and Hermione have the most chemistry in the series. I believe Dramione coule have happened had JKR chosen that path, just like Harry and Hermione could have happened as well (another sweet couple), but I like the story the way it is.

Actually, I also don't think Dramione could have happened unless Draco got over his "I'm a pureblood so better than you" attitude first. Hermione would never have given him the time of day with his superiority complex, which we saw signs of Draco getting over in the end of the 7th book, but even so, I think it would have been a far way before Draco would have married Hermione. It's one thing to get over a prejudice you've lived with for so long, and another to marry the person you were prejudiced against.

But people can dream, can't they? That's the beauty of fanfictions...you can make anything happen, even if it seems impractical in 'real life' of the story. :)

But, sometimes I feel that when calls her a Mudblood, he doesn't mean it.. He doesn't really know what that word means to Hermione, he just says it... Anyways.. I STILL LOVE THEM TOGETHER..

u no what i always thought that he said that becoz his actually trying to hide his feelings....i.e... i think he is really attracted to her.....😆.........poor guys has to find some way to express his passionate feelings hence the fights......😆......or maybe i'm just looking to much into this........😆


Actually, it's not Draco's fault that he is like that.. It was the people around him, that made him that way.. His parents, mostly his father, his Aunt, Bellatrix and their so-called friends!!
If he would have been in another surrounding.. With more warm & loving people, he wouldn't be the way he is...

Yeah i agree, but in the final book i was really hoping that he would have ditched the dark side and joined the good side, and did seem like he would have done that but i guess his love for his parents and is fear of voldie stopped him from doing that....

My opinion on R/Hr changes day after day. I hated Ron in POA and GoF, he was absolutely CRUEL to Hermione. But then you see him doing all these pathetic attempts to prove himself to Hermione in ootp and beyond. Then he started being an jerk to Hermione in HBP again. He was always putting ultimatums on Hermione in DH, so my love/like/*roll eyes*/get annoyed/hate view on R/HR continues unstably, but I think that is what JKR wanted. To show that it's not just this perfect from the start relationship.

I love Scorpius and Rose too! I don't think Draco/Hermione is a logical pair, it just wouldn't have worked out between them, but Scorpius and Rose are the ultimate couple who'd force their parents (Ron from Rose's side and Draco from Scorpius's) to set aside their prejudices and accept that their kids make one of the best couples out there!

I also like Lily and Scorpius, though not as much as Rose/Scorpius, because I've read quite a few fanfics where Lily and Scorpius are made out to be one of those mysterious 'I know I love you but I won't admit it' couples.

What do you think about Teddy and Victoire?
