Richard Harris played Dumbledore in the first two movies and Micheal Gambon is playing the new Dumbledore.

Richard Harris died after filiming of Chamber of Secrets which is why they replaced him. He perfectly looked like the Dumbledore I had imagined! 😭 😭

Yeah, I am still aking to the new Dumbledore.....the old one was so perfect in the role that I was shocked to learn that he passed away after CoS.

yep Richard Harris was the best.... this on is a bit too loud.. didn't u ppl see it in tht teaser....( the one in which moody turnsmalfoy into a ferrit) he seemed angry when he called out harry's name..

Referring to my statement in the Bouncing Ferret post, I was also a bit taken aback by the way Dumbledore shouted out Harry's name! 😕

me too i totally agree this one is undumbledore like.

i mean they couldn't be more apart (dumby and gambon)
P.S.: these are my views and i don't mean any ill towards gambon.... if any gambon fans are offended, I offer my apologies to them.

me too!richard harris was reaally the best!he loooked exactly like the character dumbledore.michle gambon does not show justice to the character dumbledore.he screamed and stuff and looked angry whereas richard harris was a perfect gentleman dumbledore 😳
