Haasil had a great cast with a lots of potential, be it Vatsal, Nikita or Zayed.

They had mind-blowing starting, sets, even a potential for great story.

They had mindblowing chemistry between couples be it AanVeer or Aabir.

But all those got ruined by the Makers because they wanted to cater to the rural audience who probably never watched the show at the first place. Only if CVs had justified the story for those who were the ardent fans/the urban audience. They deviated from their original storyline & promise of giving us 3 grey characters completely. All the characters in this show are pretty white & black but none is grey. It never was.

They turned the story so cliched, cringing & stupid. It was as if they didn't have the story at the first place & were trying to experiment with Zayed on the TV screen.

Ruined the show completely & truly mocked the thriller genre. It was no different than a regular show, story of which has been showcased a million times.

Besides, Sony also didn't give a damn to this show. It's slot was always compromised with other episode's mahaepisodes, no promo of the show, nothing that could possibly attract the audience.

Haasil could have been a game changer show with large sets & such a cast, but then they had to justify portrayal of Ranvir's character more than actually focusing on the story.

As for proper ending is concerned, we all know how this might end, Aabir will unite in the end, Ranvir will be punished for his crimes (either sent to jail or get killed or kill himself after some realization).

I will never forgive CVs for ruining a show that could be one of my all time favorite.

Agree with u except AaBir love story plus their pairing never worked for me !

Rest as u said ! Makers should not be forgiven for ruining Haasil that had so much potential !

While Sony was definitely pre-occupied in marketing and promoting Porus and Prithvi Vallabh their two high budgeted costume period dramas, and ofcourse their weekend popular reality show Super Dancers, feel they didn't do too bad with their other fiction dailies on air.

(btw last and current week actually EDT and RLHN have been both interesting and also emotionally appealing to watch.) 😊

The moment Sony started more of maha epsiodes with EDT and RLHN felt channel has sensed potential in upcoming twists of these two shows. When they stopped promos of Haasil guessed that the channel senior folks could have already received feedback's from multiple sources and also seeing bank episodes could have realized Haasil may not be worth pushing without proper emotional connect or intriguing twists with any age group or sector of Indian audiences.. Actually 9.30pm is a wonderful prime time slot for people retiring for the day and wanting to catch up TV shows during dinner time. Other advantage is Yeh Rishta on SP and Ladoo 2 on Colors aired at same time slot didn't have any appealing tracks last 2.5 months to hook urban audiences, which Haasil makers couldn't utilize. 😳

Umm U r forgetting Kundali Bhagya which gave a tough competition to Haasil along with Yeh Rishta...KB is among the top 3 highest rated shows

Haasil faced tough competition but the main problem was that Haasil never had a strong plot , their main couple never worked, Ranvir was supposed to be grey and not a villain, It was supposed to be an intelligent thriller with 3 grey characters not a story about a vllian trying to separate AaBir for whom people couldn't even root for

Plus there was no thrill or suspense in this show

There are lot of viewers like me who don't regularly watch Kundali on Zee which doesn't have any natural plot in its own & is more a copy or remake of old Kumkum sequences with new actors and characters.. so for such viewers Sony daily show could have turned into best alternate 😃 but alas.. 😔

But not many are there like us...there are still many who prefer watching shows like KB and Yeh Rishta..these shows have their set audience who don't switch

But again wven those we preferred Haasil gave up after the show failed to fulfil our expectations

As I often say TRPs matter but so do content

Beyhadh , Kuch Rang , So duje also didn't have TRPs but they had huge number of fans coz of content

Here Haasil didn't have good content as well

Aanbir is not bad. Vatsal is an excellent actor with a great screen presence but he is paying the price of the Director's errors. Aamir khan performed excellently with sonali bendre in sarfarosh and not one time did anyone feel the height issue.

What matters is the way things are portrayed and scenes are set, camera angles chosen.

Initially there were such scenes where all three were standing in a group and kabir was looking like the bachcha of these two- be it posture, height or behaviour. Till recently no effort was made to hide the height difference between vatsal and nikita.

Now This difference has suddenly stopped being so apparent - simply because the makers started paying attention to it. But viewers impressions are already formed.

Haasil is a full fledged collection of such errors and mistakes. The story promised via the promos and actually offerred was poles apart.

Except for anbir having chemistry i agree with everything.

The makers thought showing good looking leads, larger than life set and good wardrobe will hide the weekness in script.

If they have given more importance to story than those other stuffs the show could atleast managed to have a cult fan following.

Edkv didnt even had enough romantic scenes b/w the leads and high trp. Still it managed to get a strong fanbase and is considered to be a hit tv serial. The kind of media coverage is a proof.

srk is shorter than anushka and deepika. He is even 20+ years older than them. Still manages to have good chemistry with them. If the chemistry is strong enough then the physical appearance doesnt matter. But whenever we see vatsal and nikki together the first thing that comes to the mind is how nikki is towering over vatsal. It distracts the viewers.

Exactly. One cant observe the chemistry as the entire concentration is on the body difference.

This could have easily been managed by the CVs if they had taken the trouble. There have been scenes where Niki is wearing high heels with Vatsal and both are standing.

Heights of ridiculousness or blindness- I dont know what to call this
