Two things I have to mention -
1.There is no one I relate more to than Aachal's brother. His whole exasperation on ' you just came out of jail and now you are breaking in a cafe' was SO relatable. I have a special love for characters who are weirded out by the over dramatic life of the leads.
2. I thought Kabir was a drama queen, today his mom dethroned him

Also, I just hope Ranveer is as smart as we think him to be. Warna kachara hojayega 🤣

AH, THAT'S SO TRUE. 🤣 Poor fella, he was so confused and scared at everything his wonder woman of a sister was doing. 😆 I understand his mother meant business but yeah, that such a drama queen-ish move. Duniya andhera kar dungi and all. 😆

The one that comes with an intriguing puzzle. What I've been finding interesting about Ranveer is his almost mechanical approach toward everything. In chess after four moves there is a combination of 288 billion moves possible. In fact in any study of logic to create a proof you must deductively prove a pattern that applies to all conditions.

Interestingly, Ranveer's dialogues have a way to do that.
'Jo log achhai se khareede nahi jaate woh log sachhai se khareede jaate hain. Yeh mera experience hai.'
'Woh yeh bhi jaante hain ke Raichand family apni taakat ka ghalat istimaal nahi karti.'
'Agar main sachha hoon toh meri sachhai saabit kijiye. Daraane dhamkaane se sachhai nahi sirf kusoor saabit hota hai.'
'Mujhe apne sach pe poora yaqeen hai kabir. Aur sach ko saabit kiya jaata hai. Usey daraya nahi jaata.'
'Agar mujhpe yaqeen hai toh yeh sach tu saabit kar Kabir.'
'Tumhe bharosa hai ke yeh khoon maine kiya?'
'Jiski keemat sach ho uska koi khareedaar nahi hota. Jiska yaqeen sach ho uski koi keemat nahi hoti.'
'Hum wohi dekhte hain jo humein tassali deta hai. Isliye tumhein meri aankhon mein sach nahi dikha.'
'Kal ka intezaar hoga.'

'teri himmat hi teri achhai hai. Aur dunya yeh achhai nahi samajhti Ranveer.'

The discourse has a few repeating qualities. Ranveer often classifies people in categories. In his experience he exactly knows the kinds of people you can buy and how can you buy them. But Ranveer doesn't overestimate anyone. He knows some people cannot be bought monetarily but it doesn't mean people cannot be bought. And that is probably the game he plays. In the end Ranveer's game is about ends. His ends. The ends he wants. He talks a lot about Qeemat and Khareedari. Like a true businessman he knows everyone ticks a certain way but Ranveer also doesn't have an arrogant forceful approach about going in.

So why not, since he's so powerful, stay at home and wait for the court hearing? Why trust Kabir to pull him out of such a big thing? What if he fails? Why go to jail in the first place? Why cooperate so easily? Why be passive and ask others to prove your truth? Why not do it yourself? Why care enough to get Aanchal out of jail?

And there in adds the same discourse. Sachhai. Achhai. the two words that appear repetitively in his dialogues and dialogues related to him. Because Ranveer's image is that of a 'dharmaatma'. He's not an ordinary person to people. He's their dharmaatma. He's spiritual almost. He's above human pettiness and human follies. He's almost God-like in his image. And perhaps that's his facade. Because Ranveer cannot leave anything to chance. He's meticulous. He follows the law, he respects the law, he shows belief in his truth, all qualities of a superlative dharmaatma that the people around him take him to be.

But why? He's a man of principles. A man who follows his own rulebook. A man who has an invisible power over people who do his biddings. But he never outwardly says anything. He only implies.

This means he does know that his truth will be proven in the court tomorrow. He does know that Kabir will do whatever it takes and Kabir isn't constrained by a public image but purely controlled by his emotions. And he knows he'll be out. And perhaps by doing all of this there is much to gain for him. A double profit deal has already happened.

He plays shrewdly, calculatingly and probably knows all the possible outcomes even before he's made his moves. That's because such kind of power demands cunning. And if this is a game, his experience has taught him how to be a master player. four moves ahead.

"Patience is power.
Patience is not an absence of action;
rather it is "timing"
it waits on the right time to act,
for the right principles
and in the right way.

RIDA

THIS IS THE BRILLIANCE I WAS TALKING ABOUT
There is something about watching shows with Rida tinted glasses which makes you think about all the scenes and revisit them in a different light. It makes watching that show an actual experience.

Aaj kliye tareef hogai, abhi padhai kar 😆

RIDA

Beautifully analysed Rida and yup Ranveer is 3 steps ahead of everybody, and he is super intriguing, What hides behind the smile?, what hides behind his facade of calmness, after all still waters run deep. He seems to hold a special place in his heart for his mom and I do think he loves his brother even if he manipulates him. Sarika and Kabir are pretty much twins in a pod, they react the same darn way and yes Aanchal is way too impulsive, I wish she was a bit more calculative but what if its all a game from her end, to weave her way into the Raichand's fold?

Like I said before, I am officially impressed by Ranveer.
His ability to remain calm and collected in the face of everything.
You see everyone else running around like lost hens, desperate to either prove his innocence or his guilt. While he does nothing. He observes from far, like a circus master admiring his work.
His interactions with everyone was very interesting to watch. He spoke with Aachal with utmost confidence and his ever present composure. With his mother he was soft and reassuring. But the most interesting part was his interactions with Kabir. While it outwardly seems like he is trying to cool him down, but is he really ? Or is he trying to add gasoline to the wildfire that is Kabir Raichand. The fact that Ranveer is a smart businessman is already established. Businessmen deals with asset and liabilities. Kabir is an asset. A volatile and power an asset. An asset which if the right buttons are pushed, can voluntarily do his dirty work without even realizing it.
I absolutely agree with both of yours chess master analogy. He is definitely playing the pieces and thinking 3 steps ahead. But the thing with planning, plans fail. While Kabir's impulsive nature can be taken advantage of, it also makes him difficult to predict. He might just do something which throws away the game entirely. Then there is Aanchal who has this well defined goal ahead and the wiliness to do anything for it. Just how far is she ready to go and how far can see succeed is for us to see.

Exactly! his ever increasing composure in the face of the ever increasing difficulties tell how he has nerves of steele. No wonder the dharmaatma analogy. He doesn't give anything away. And it also makes you think will there ever be anything that'll undo him? Trigger him? He makes you question everything at every point and I really am loving that. Definitely agree on the egging Kabir part. He never calms him down or warns him to not to be impulsive and not to do those things. In fact he enables him and expects him to react in the way Ranveer wants him to react and I think he knows that Kabir's volatility is an asset like you said that he can use for himself and thus he nurtures it. This is a very interesting dynamic in my view. Do the brothers really love one another or these too are facades?

The questions persist while we go berserk.😆

I have no clue how ships can sail right off from episode 1 either. But yeah, like you, I do too see myself in Ranvir camp for the same reasons. 😆

We have said all that we could on everything but AANCHAL! So agreed. I don't mind the impulsiveness but she showed intelligence initially and now is just jumping off from the Kabir-bad guy to Ranvir-bad guy board 🤪 merely based on evidences that aren't even foolproof in the first place. She definitely could do away with that irrationality because I have taken a liking to her style of jab seedhi ungli se ghee nahi nikalta toh ungli tedi kardo style of law practice and thus, I need her to use her head at all times. 😆

Ah, no issues. 🤗 Do it as and when you can and you'll find me around 'cause dil ka rishta. ❤️ *eh, what? Merko kuch sunayi nahi diya. Main behri hogayi yaar teri demand padh ke. 🤣

Exactly. It takes time to know people enough to ship them but I can't deny the sparks especially between Ranveer and Aanchal. *swoons*.

I think she's playing on activist intuition. From her perspective Kabir leaves her stranded on an island and tells her he's going to deal with Meenu who is soon found dead. Even before that she's a socialist as well so for her Raichands were already the spoiled bad guys but something as heinous as rape and every proof that surrounded it adding Kabir's words and actions and bribe must've solidified it for herx100. So for her conviction to exist her belief that Ranveer did rape Meenu has to be pretty solid and if she could see his car and the build she would obviously reach one conclusion and that is Ranveer did it.

Interestingly she never questions why Meenu would leave the hospital and come to meet her rapist in such a secluded area neither does she wonder that it could easily have been some man working for Ranveer but no she thinks its Ranveer only. Again impulse and passion over rational I think. Looks like a character trait.

I'm still sceptical about how genuine his relationship with his mother and brother is because they seem too adorable and yet too suspicious. To me, beyond the whole equation the family seems to share which may or may not be genuine, Ranvir appeared to have reigned his way through everyone's emotions. Almost like manipulation, emotional exploitation, like moving the pawns in the game of the chess. Except he isn't any ordinary player, he's the grand master. That whole sense of ambiguity, enigma, and thrill about him as me on the edge. He led Aanchal, Kabir and his mother into spinning the wheels in motions, all of them working towards the very same agenda, just in their own respective ways that'd eventually lead to the disclosure of truth thereby proving his innocence. This guy, he definitely is something h u g e.🤣

PS I'm not into shipping anyone with anyone for now as shipping tends to cause all the havoc. Seriously though, is it necessary to have a love triangle? 🤔 Oh, it does, of course because hindi tv shows thrive on it big time. 😆 BUT Ranvir and Aanchal already do have a thing going on in their favour; chemistry. Some sparks, I can see.

OMG LEMME GO READ THE MAIN POST.

First of all SUPER AGREE with every word of yours, so beautifully written.
Tum log dill khush kar ditta
Ranveer has his whole mind games going on with each them. He knows which buttons to push and with strings to pull. The family members are reacting accordingly. I really want to see more so called family interactions here. They form a very interesting dynamic. How much of it is actual affection and how much of it is for show ? Especially Ranveer and Kabir. Their dynamic just looks so suspicious. They haven't even done anything outwardly which is suspicion worthy. But the undertones. Its definitely all rosy for bade and chote.

This would turn up to see a love triangle show cause ofcorse hindi tv :| but i want so much more from this.
Romance is not the only frigging genre and there are so many ways this show can go.
