Laajo is one fortunate girl to have such a husband to dote on her. Yes , right from the beginning it was only about Laajo for Nikhil, the more he suppressed it, the more hurt he was. Even with Ishu, he was having Laajo come in between. I also feel the same that Nikhil had Laajo all through in the back of his mind and slowly her sense filled his being. I think her hatred for Laajo is not something to do with her poverty or social standing but she is angry that her son who does not care for her , but only cares for that simpleton Laajo. It is jealousy at its heights. She is a despot and wants her way, but here she faced rebellion from her own son !! so she is determined to get her way. Barkha Bhatak gayi!! Hume na bhatkade!! Woh Bhadak gayi Kahein aag na Laga de!!🤢 God bless Nikhil and Laajo from this horrible woman.

Nani's therapies and relaxation Spa's don't seem to be working to divert Barkhasaurus!!! But Nani is funny. she was a relaxation therapy herself while watching Barkha. I remember that phrase " A dog in the manger's policy" Barkha seems to be doing just that in Lakhil's lives.

I felt like crying out when I saw tears in Laajo's eyes ,It showed how much Nikhil means to her and how scared she is of losing him. Nikhil's reassurance was so sweet. The pre-cap showed Nikhil's commitment to protect Laajo by taking those marriage vows all over again. Yes , I know Saat pheras but down south where I belong we have Saptapadi means Seven steps to maintain the sacred bond of marriage. Such a right gesture at the right time. I want to see more of Lakhil cute moments before Barkhasaurus steps in. Hope C.V's are listening!!

So the Clash between 'Jealousy, Ego ' and Love seems to be on the cards. But Barkha is oblivious to the fact that now she will be facing the reinforced , determined and confident Nikhil rather than a confused one. The battle sure seems to be interesting. I want Nikhil to give Barkha( Cruella) a lesson for life!!😡 Why don't we start a Ban Barkha or Hate Barkha club!! ( She brings out our sadistic side!!😆😆😆) God I am fuming and seathing in anger, need to cool off !! Ab mera A.C Kam ayega!! At Last!!!😆

Besides being psycho, Barkha has been a selfish woman during her whole life. Maybe Nani is responsible for it...

Looks like she was a spoilt brat, who later on turned into a domineering woman. Marrying Inder did no good to her, he can't handle her lol. So she goes around doing whatever she wants.. Barkha has no problem in playing the ' Man' of the house. I mean, they are not 'equal' in their marriage. She's the 'only' one to decide. How sad is that?🤢

Inder is a nice guy but he's also a spineless one, he's so afraid of her that he turned a blind eye on the sufferings of Nick's.

I know that he he has tried to talk to her about it, but he has never ever been really firm with her.

Further more her Husband Inder is indecisive and confused most of the time!!😆 So She has become the "Man" of the house!!( Feminists may came after me for that!!😆) He is a good man no doubt and has seen Nik's suffering but could not help him. She was obsessed with her psycho daughter...!!🤢 So for Barkha to become Bark-kha both Nani as well as Inder are responsible along with Barkha herself!! really horrible!!🤢

I feel even if there is no equality in a relationship (I mean in thought) still people can find a common ground, but here Barkha doesn't see anyone else but herself!! So even if Inder tries to be stern , it may not help with self obsessed person like Barkha. !!🤢

Berkha's behaviour - my understanding.

Berkha and Nikhil are locked in a destructive dance, for her it's about her eldest son, his life cut short, her broken dreams for him, Nikhil's broken promises to marry Ishana (Berkha's chosen one), does not allow Berkha to let Nikhil have a fresh start where he gets total love from Laajo.

Berkha cannot disengage, she does not believe her psychopath's condition or her inner guilt (why was she not around to protect her son from dying?), and hence cannot let Nikhil out of her life.

For Nikhil, try to imagine a mother who is actively, cruelly unloving, and regularly having shrieking fits and above all seeing Nikhil's life as a fraud, ...why did Nikhil live and her favourite son die?

To think how isolated Nikhil must have felt within his own family, which was only perpetuated by Berkha and her behaviour in consistently treating Nikhil as the other' and alienating him.

Berkha has built a life for Nikhil where she strives to be obnoxious, disdainful and even deceitful.

Being with Laajo and her giving nature and selfless love has made Nikhil forget the years of insults, whining and all the oxygen Berkha has denied him.

Flying into a rage is so much easier for Berkha then taking responsibility. Recognising this will be her first hurdle, the next to swallow her pride and retracing her steps back to the beginning.
