I am very much irritated with scenes nikhil rememebering laajo and his hesitation
to sign the divorce papers .

His expression in his face are not clear when memorising , is that a missing feeling
or guilt or sadness ? And when seeing the divorce papers and memorising laajo
what his expression says ? Is that lack of acting skills or what ?

Why on earth he is hesitating to sign the divorce papers ? What does makers want
viewers to think ?

Asper makers we have to think that nikhil is already in love with laajo and dont want
to lose her ? If it is so no one will beleive this. hard to beleive that nikhil loves and
misses laajo . It wiil be very funny if we think that he loves laajo beacuse he himself
thousand times shouted and cried that he loves only and only only ishaana .

Because there is surely not a single scene and depth in which he is thinking about
laajo . He just in a very light way thinks about her . He does n't even like her .
He is just guilt and have sympathy on laajo for her life . Thats it .
Nothing more than that sympathy and guilt .

Now what with that guilt he dont want to divorce laajo ? Is that what they
showed today ?

Ok makers want us to beleive that nikhil dont want to divorce laajo ? It also will
be damn funny if they thought people will think like that , Because they never give us
single reason to think like that .

What is the basis to think nikhil likes laajo ? Did he ever said that he dont want to give
divorce laajo . No he openly said many times directlly to laajo to get out of his life
and he does n't want to see her face also .

Many are saying that he is confused . Iam saying that there were never any proofs
or scenes that he could convince audience that he is confused about laajo .
He was and is always clear that he loves only ishaana .

I agree that he is feeling gulity but he is never confused about his relationship
with laajo or ishaana .

I actually enjoyed the flow of this episode that focused on Nikhil's train of thoughts juggling with choices that he could live with. I have to say that the granularity in Nikhil's nature makes him to me the most interesting aspect of the show. I am a bit tired of flat characters with very lucid dispositions.

What does Nikhil feel for Laajo ? This question does not have the simple answer that many viewers are clamoring for.

Nikhil has a genuine bond with Laajo; the bond that has no name. It is not the one of marriage because that relation was fake. But this one is real. He feels it and so does she. He did not intend for her to be in his life, but she did enter his life in a bizarre manner and now she has left a stamp. He is brooding over the loss of that relation. Reminds me of this line from anther show... "Marzi hamari nahi the.. par ab bandh gaye hain to ... ".

Love and affection are not binary. These are very complex emotions like sunlight on water. He does not love her, yet. But he reflects fondly on her good' memories. His mind rewinds their interactions, picking out the ones that he had brushed-off but these now stand out like stark reminders of the strange mix of the good hearted and quirky and spirited person that she was.

And while he is reminiscing about her he is also mulling over the decision to make this loss a permanent one. I would say that this is a beautiful portrayal of a man faced with making a hurtful decision. Generally an emotional person, he is forcing himself to wear a mask, thus relegating his feelings with deliberation. This impassive face is of a person who is drawing courage to act in his self-interest. He is bracing for the flood of guilt and sadness that will overcome him. But he has realized, thankfully, that guilt is indeed a weak motivator with little sustenance in the long run.

well i can understand ur frustration and also concern for the track .. but i don't knw how to say and what to say ..coz i really also not getting any points here .. yes, they r something missing this time..i mean the promo has been a shocker ..but after that there have been no progress in Nikhil ..he is not even so intense when he thinks abt Laajo ..:/

but yes he is confused ..he is definitely! he missed Laajo ..but he himself doesn't know .. i also don't know why scenes r coming out likt this .. :/ but hope soon we wil get to see what we want to see and that too with proper reasoning!

ziks I agree a little bit with everyone who posted, I feel Makers are showing Nikhil no longer same ,as it is a process which will take time, and the intense emotions of promo are to keep audience hooked while they build up towards the ultimate drama...but promo will be more guilt and remembering how he lost his brother than love for laajo as a woman, it will be more platonic love for a fellow human being who is connected to him and got in harms way due to his actions, as in she went to sonbursa for his sake and thereby got in contact with epidemic...so that kinda psychology will play here.

I mostly agree with you on this but not completly . I have seen lover's desperation , longing
pain for her in his eyes in promo . Not only Platonic love for a fellow human being dear
may be i am wrong also .
