Agreed! There's no way they could kill her off...this is just a way to get Laajo back in Nikhil's life...I'm sure a cure will be found before anything that severe happens...

actually she can die but depends...if the show is gonna end (heard a rumor) they can kill her and bring nikil and isana together (which would be pretty crappy but maybe ishana would realize her mistake...idk) and so its kind of a sad and unwanted ending idk.
