If Sid lets them know then definitely it will be the slap! If he doesn't then perhaps something else will happen during the Sangeet that will prompt this move OR just a combo of things that have started piling up and this is the way Barka feels she will be taking control of the situation...

Thanks for sharing Siham.

The whole blame for him being in her room is going on her without questioning him why he was in that room and why she had to slap him in the first place, these people can't see he is a lecherous type that wanted to take advantage of her so she was protecting herself. Anyway Nikhil will believe her and not take Sid's word of what happened there.

I knew they will blame Lajjo for Sid's bad behavio, it is always poor people get blamed that is true every where.

When something gets stolen in the house, maid is the one being blames not children of the house and this I have seen in one of my family members house. It is sad, society always blames poor and rich take advantage.
