Same here...Last week..a cat tried to attack my bird also...it jumped on her...but my mom's timing was great..she tried to push away the cat...the cat fell away...but my mom's hand got swollen...

My mom is also sad & says...my hand didn't cure completely & it died...

She was so sweet..u knw...always used to sit & sleep on my shoulder...

But was so lonely...All other sparrows pecked at her..when she tried to join them...so she used to fly & sit on our gate...& watch other birds lonely.

I felt very bad for her loneliness...but now she herself got killed...

Why in the whole world..did she only had to get attacked...😭😭

oh jess don't cry dear think for it may be she deserves more better then those spparows company u know i find my ratty on my bookshelvewhen it was blind peace of flesh only my dags killed his mama n papa so i take him i brought him up by feeding milk thrugh cotton n now he recoc me n my mom only n that day momwas nnot at home n i feel like cat took him bz of my carelessness thank god he v\came back or i will die of guilt by now😭

n ur birdy dear just pray for him he will b in nice place by now 😔

@Neha- It feels really good na..when these small animals recognize us...In fact even I cud recognize my baby bird's voice among all the sparrows...I hope..she enjoyed a lot with us...

& for the bird dat killed her...if i see it again...😡😡
