Love is a portion of the soul itself, and it is of the same nature as the celestial breathing of the atmosphere of paradise.
Victor Hugo
Love is in the Air and touching Avita deep down. I enjoy watching their day to day intimacy and yet it also feels strange. These two are on the run and they never talk about what to do, how to resolve their problems or how to take back their own future. Instead, it almost looks like they are walking blind and more interested in the now.๐ค
Avdesh is really taking care of Arpita, carrying her through the dark, making sure she is safe and kept out of harm's way. I loved how he took of his kurta and covered her in the rain, how he patched up a rundown hut to make it homey. In fact Avdesh and Arpita could have a future in the building industry they way they went about reinforcing the tumbledown hut and the levelling out the floor!๐๐ I only had one question in my mind while I watched them, how long were they expected to stay in the jungle? These two seem to be creating a nest, to last for a long while.
I liked seeing all this and know beyond a shadow of doubt that Avita love each other, believe in each other and will die for each other. But I am left with this feeling that they are almost courting each other, the chance they never had before their marriage - they looked, saw each other and before we knew it they were married. So now they are making up for it, but I am chafing at the limitations๐. They really need to move beyond all this, we need to see a bit more substance to their relationship and hence my words earlier. I want to see Avdesh looking for ways to get the better of RV, thinking of ways to clear Arpita's name. I also want Avita to talk a bit more about their marriage, their expectations and seriously if we are to have a SR then to get on with it! ๐๐๐ณ
But so far it really looks likes they are comfy and more than happy to be where they are! I wonder if Avdesh knew what was going on at the haveli would he be so complacent?๐๐

A different kind of love is permeating the air of the Haveli. I have to ask, why did Shikha return to the haveli?๐ค It wasn't because she knew she was pregnant and came seeking support...or was it to get married?๐ Either way, she seems completely lost and helpless now and I bet you she is wishing she never came back...I too am left with the same wish๐. Only because, she seems to have lost whatever purpose she came with. Where is that bubbly and confident girl we saw that night? Now she is pregnant, alone and doesn't even know her own mind. In fact there is too many questions surrounding her and once again it is very obvious the CVs have done a 90 degree shift on her character. But I really wish that having made her pregnant before marriage, they show her character as it was meant to be: strong and feisty, a bit of daring in her. This is so she can stop crying and do something positive. I am admiring Bhouji more and more but not with the abortion aspect. It is every women's right to consider abortion based on their personal reasons, but I didn't like her forcing Shikha into one but once again I was left with questions when the abortion could not be done. Why? was it because she was over the safe period (which means Shika would have to have lost her brains to not be aware that she was pregnant! or is it because she has some other health problems?!)...All in all this piece of illogical storyline has given me a headache and left a bad taste in my mouth. We know where it is heading now off course. I only hope the feisty Shikha is back.
Oh, woman, woman! When to ill thy mind is bent, all Hell contains no fouler fiend. Homer
Another feisty woman I admire is Simple. She is adorable and golden, keeping an eye on Papa R and her coward of a husband and spreading her own brand of love๐๐๐. How I adored her turning the table on their plan to poison her. Oh it really made me laugh and father-son ran to the Doctor to get rid of the poison in their system! But I am also very aware that these scenes are almost fillers, in the whole episode, and I can't help wishing for a proper story arc for her. I am sure she must be chafing at it as well, so here's hoping she gets a decent story track soon. How long are we expected to see Papa R doing something, Simple catching him at it and then he chuckling and pretending it was all a joke?!...These talented actors deserve more utilisation of their skills.
All in all, last week's episode were the calm periods with a lot of fillers. I guess sooner or later we will be having action oriented episodes. I only wish that the CVs would do a better a job of using these 'calm' times to up the story a bit as well. Once more Avita will be plunged headlong into action when Shikha's condition is found out, not to mention their problems as well.
What did you think of the episodes?๐
