Gangs of Wasseypur cast & Sadiya Siddiqui on Gumrah
Well, there's big news for all the loyal viewers of Lost Boy Productions and Balaji Telefilms',Gumrah aired on Channel V.
The juvenile crime based show will featureAnurag Kashyap, Manoj Bajpai and Richa Chaddha from the latest flick 'Gangs Of Wasseypur' on the show this week.
Actors Sadiya Siddiqui and Gaurav Bajaj will also be seen on the show.
This week the show will unfold a story of a criminal incident that takes place in Wasseypur, Jharkhand. Sadiya will play the role of an MLA's wife whose husband gets killed by some localities. She tries her best to get justice but her efforts turn futile.
She eventually asks her 14 year old son (played by Gaurav Bajaj) to kill the criminals. Manoj Bajpai, Richa Chaddha will revive their on-screen characters from the film on the show.
When contacted, Sadiya confirmed the news and said, "It's a very strong role and when I heard the story, I found it bizarre. I am having a wonderful shooting experience and have shot after a long time with Manoj. The overall experience has been fantastic.
