i loved the K and G talks where K says..dushy cannot jhelo her only he can...sometimes he is such a kid and then inni badi badi baatein bhi karta hai...he is 15 year old kid just acting according to his age he is exited and damm curious 😆

and am loving the twists u r bringing in comparison to show

like for example i liked the reasoning of gulaal to send him away and actually not going to meet him...opposite to what we got in the show.....yes i wanted to see this in the show she married him but she can noway play with his future she knew his growing curiosity as teen could create lots of trouble in his life and than commensurate affects of an unexamined life may mess him bigtime hence avoidance was the best policy

I loved the fact that you started the story from young Kesar, there was so much depth to that character from young age, we can explore it very well and the symbolic gesture of the dupatta falling on her forehead, sealing her fate with his unknowingly but something is just destined to be…..

The short marriage to Vasant and the life that was full of love and happiness didn't last long for her, what strikes me at this point is the bonding between Kesar and Gulaal ,the acceptance from Vasant acknowledging the fact that these two did belong with each other, the gesture of putting her hand in his and not over his head at that stage does signify the fact

I loved that woman of substance Gulaal, taking a stand she was never going to be manipulated by likes of Jamuna and Dushyant whose intention she had gathered much before and the decision to get Kesar to put that dupatta on her was not only to keep them at bay from her life but was to save her ex-husband's property and to fulfill his wish of making sure that Kesar went on to become the person he had envisaged him to be…

The scene where she sends him away was so reminiscent of the show, she was broken and disheartened but she had to bite the bullet for his future and she did keeping a stern face and strong heart till he departed but the moment he did she was completely broken as if her soul had left her body….

there are several customs and tradition by which bil and sil marriage takes place in eastern punjab the marriage happens by throwing handful rice on the bride and groom in rajasthan the custom is knows as odhini udhana here the put the kesariya chunar on bride's forehead cool na infact in gujarat the marriage takes place by auspicious cloth i m actually suprised with shoe marriage never heard of it whatever morjiris wedding are my absolute fav😆

and as you termed it as HAQ yes it is indeed a RIGHT in this custom for the immediate BIL to CLAIM her parjai by covering her with a chunar or chadar and slipping chooda in her hands.

Well I am a huge fan of EK CHADAR MAILI SI nad you know that Rano Mangal can never remain away from my heart.I am so elated you re weaved the wonderful GK with the BACKDROP of Karewa or chadar dalna...👏Wonderful parallels.It might be a curse or mostly used to dominate females but it was prevalent in olden days to give a home and shelter to widows and yes MORE FOR PROPERTY!!

Hai this sexy Gullu in her redlehenga tying her choli strings looks so cool and wow her comfort with Kesar is AWESOME!! Loving them already !! The brazenness of chotu Kesu apna Dukandaar 👏So realistic coz in Punjab we have young lads as shopkeepers at a very tender age yaa and those dukaandar are one hell characters god save us and wow He is a brat bashful ,hit her with GULEIL😆hai GUllu already loving him as the teasing teen😛😳☺️ he he he thodi se chedchaad thts it
Vassy's early sad death burns the heart but ki karan story is about GULSAR 😉and YES i am pretty happy with Gulaal ..like the show itself ,she seems like a woman of intense strength,and indomitable courage.The way she stood up against the whole panchayat like an amazing confident person who was sure what she said or wanted was beautiful... yes me too love this courageous woman
Love the dhinchak GK equation you created ..Awww he is Jhalla and she is jhalli the chotu brash punju boy is cute and adorable..Loving him so much ,the equation you have created is much more bolder than in the show kudos for that ⭐️ Much like Rano and mangal without the age diff 😳

Oh and the third chapter is so heartbreaking but I am liking a wise Gulaal ,she tried to explain to him the complexities of marriage ,a bolder ,a more intelligent version of Gulaal from the show !! Love her👏 naah she is big dabloo 😆
