With Dushyant, there was just one simple plain bad ass angry look LMAO so true...that's like openly badass...his CONTEMPT towards him is obvious in his eyes, his body language. -
Nur! Wow, contempt is the word - now that makes me think... have we seen contempt in him for Gulaal? I tend to think not. Which sort of goes round in a twisted way to establish that he can't really hate on her. Tell me if I forget a scene with contempt for Gullu? There might have been that I just don't recall off the top of my head...😆 LMAO love the random punjabi phrase😆...sacchi so true in Kesar's case...saari duniya, saare paase hato as far as he is concerned...sir Gulaal naal matlab hai :P
You're Punjabi too?! 😲 How did I never figure that? 🤔
Very, very Heathcliff in that. How complex but human is it, that his greatest selflessness is born from this deep rooted selfish streak?! His love is probably the most divine, yet most human all at once! Beautifully said, Jzee...and that's a major reason that makes this story so unique too...very very rarely do we see a love that is so human...it's very much larger than life, divine as you said...from another realm of epicness and yet it is so piercingly human...it's got all the shades of grey you can imagine too...Oh I always think of what Neil said about Kesar being the most human person alive! Can I please get one exclusive human for me?! ☺️ Bhagwaan to nahi maanga, insaan to de do! 😆WORD! It's SO Karma! She was like a MEGA BRAT for so long...and honestly Vasant could never really TAME the brat either...she didn't mellow much even after she married him...Vasant was too much of a saint for that😆...Gulaal needed someone to give her all that attitude back as you said...see how it feels to be on the receiving end😛😆...and Kesar was the only one who gave as good as he got if not more...ESPECIALLY in her case😆...Kesar toh phir Kesar hi hai as we always say...no one could set her on edge like he could...and for good reason...you never know what's coming in his case😆
OMG yes yes yes! She totally needed a tit for tat in life! I just watched that old episode with Srushti and co. the other day where Vasant in plain pained anguish explains why Nirja is so important for him to find, and how she is making a mockery out of something that means the life of his people and the way she laughs him off 😲 its like a Moses versus Pharoah scene! The Gulaal of then, and the Gulaal of Kesar times are like, polar opposites! 😳 She definitely needed a Kesar brand to fix her! 😆
